Q. What happens if I want to return something?
A. We have a 7day return policy, if more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must also be returned, unused and in the same condition you received it for us to give you a refund or a replacement.

Q. Do I have to pay for the returns?
A. Postage will be covered by Mane Salon for the return of any purchases that have been purchased within 7 days and are either damaged, incorrect items or faulty and a claim has been made via email: email@example.com. Postage will not be covered by Mane Salon for the return of items purchased by mistake.
Q. Can I buy products directly from your salon?
A. Yes! We have a pick up or delivery option for all orders, so if it suits you to pop by and collect them we'd love to see you!
Q. What happens if I have an allergic reaction to one of your products?
A. Stop using the product immediately and send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org We will discuss the next steps with you
Q. Can I make changes to my purchases after I have confirmed and paid for it?
A. If your order hasn't been processed and left the salon already this is absolutely no problem. It might be quicker to ring us 04 3812844 or flick us an email to notify us of any changes to your order.
Q. Coupons and voucher codes not working?
A. Please check the expiry date, and note that these are not valid on any SALE items, or with any other promo's, discounts or loyalty rewards. Our vouchers and coupons are only valid for a one time purchase, 1 order = 1 voucher/coupon
