All of our orders are processed and dispatched from Monday - Friday excluding public holidays and will take between 1-3 business days to arrive. Rural addresses may take longer. Any orders after 3pm on a Friday will be sent out Monday morning

If you are a RURAL address and your parcel has been SIGNED FOR and hasn't arrived, please wait one more day as this can mean your postie has it onboard and they have signed for it.

RETURNS, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days by emailing email@example.com with a photo.
Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. At any time please don't hesitate to get in touch with us firstname.lastname@example.org the returns process should be easy for you not a hassle!

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item and that it meets our return policy requirements. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and if approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective and or damaged, if you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com to arrange this, or use the addressed return; included with your purchase.
