Refund policy
RETURNS, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days by emailing shop@manesalon.co.nz with a photo.
Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. At any time please don't hesitate to get in touch with us shop@manesalon.co.nz the returns process should be easy for you not a hassle!

Refunds
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item and that it meets our return policy requirements. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and if approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective and or damaged, if you need to exchange an item, send us an email at shop@manesalon.co.nz to arrange this, or use the addressed return label included with your purchase.
