TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At MANE Salon, we value your time and the time of our stylists. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, the following policies apply to all bookings:
Deposits:
A deposit of $100-$150 is required for all new client colour appointments. This will be taken at the time of booking, and is based on your pre-quoted service discussed during your consultation.
Your deposit can be be paid at your consultation, or via online banking within the three days following your consultation.
If we do not receive your deposit within three days, we may cancel your scheduled colour appointment.
A deposit of $50 is also required to secure all online bookings,
Cancellation and rescheduling policy:
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

If you provide 48 hours’ notice or more, your deposit is fully transferable or refundable.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be retained to cover the reserved time.
Within 48 Hours – Rebooking Exception
If you need to change your appointment within 48 hours, we will do our very best to fill your original time slot using our waitlist.

If we are able to rebook that time, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.

While we will always try, this cannot be guaranteed.
Bookings Without Deposits:
If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours and no deposit has been paid, a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit amount $100-$150 will be charged.
An invoice will be sent, and this must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

If you need to cancel or reschedule and cannot reach us by phone, please email us at office@manesalon.co.nz to ensure your request is received and recorded.
(Please note: we may not always be able to respond to voicemail messages during busy salon hours.)
