MANE Salon Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Here at MANE Salon we require deposits for services booked. This will be issued at the time of booking and the amount will be 40% of the total pre quoted service as advised in your prior consultation.
Our salon has a 24 hour cancellation policy, this means if you cancel your booked appointment giving us 24 hours notice or more, your deposit is fully refundable and or transferable.
Failing to give us 24hours notice, please note that we will take the deposit for the loss of our salon and stylist time and a new deposit will be required should you wish to reschedule.
In the event that you change your appointment within the 24hr time frame and we manage to schedule that stylists time to another client we will not take your deposit and it can be transferred to your new booking. We do have a comprehensive cancellation list and will 100% do our best to make this happen however there are no guarantees!
Should you cancel an appointment booked with us within 24hours without having paid a deposit prior we will email you the amount owing and our bank account details to make your cancelation payment. Please note you will be unable to book a future appointment with our stylists until the cancellation fee is paid.
If you cannot reach us by phone - there are times when we are all busy on the salon floor and are unable to answer the phone, please DON’T leave us a voice message, send an email to confirm your cancellation office@maneslaon.co.nz and or request a transfer of time and day.
